Mat Classes = 1 Credit
All our classes are small & intimate with only 4 Reformers/Towers and 5 spaces for mat work
Small Group Classes
$45 per single equipment class= Reformer, Tower, Jumpboard
$29 per single mat class = Yoga, Mat Pilates, & Spine Corrector
OR SAVE with a Membership or Class Package
Remember you can mix and match your credits to suit your needs and schedule, and your credits roll over month to month. Memberships come with a 6-month commitment.

Private Sessions
$115 per session or save on packages or choose from our two memberships.
Memberships are on auto-pay for once a month. You will have a dedicated time to work with your trainer.
Duet Sessions
$65 per person per session, or save with a package.
We offer private sessions for Pilates, Sound Healing, Aromatherapy, and Yoga.
Purchase one Package or membership but with the flexibility to choose -

Class packages may be shared with family members or friends, depending on the package type. Memberships are non-transferable and are intended for individual use.
Do you offer refunds?
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, but class credits may be issued in certain circumstances. Please reach out if you have any concerns about your booking.
What is your cancellation policy for memberships?
For private and duet sessions, we require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee. Membership cancellations must be requested in advance, following the terms outlined in your agreement.
