Come once-a-week or 4 times a month to equipment classes of your choice. As a bonus you will receive 1 mat classes for a total of 5 classes per month.

You save a lot at just 33 $ per class on the drop-in rate. You must register in advance for your classes as spots are limited.

This is a monthly recurring membership with a 6-month commitment.

4:1 training ratio on equipment classes and 8:1 for mat

As a membership holder you will receive a discount code to attend 1 bonus mat class in a monthly email or text if you entered your phone number

You also can bring a friend or family member 1 x per month with you guest pass!

• You must pre-register for your classes at least one hour before start time.

• 12-hour cancelation policy is in place all equipment classes. If you have to cancel your reservation in less than 12 hours you will be charged the full amount.

• A 6-month commitment to the membership is required to benefit for the discounted class price.

• All sales are final, and non-refundable for cash but may be exchanged for store credit.

• Your membership can be placed on hold for one month, due to illness or travel.

• If your payment fails 2 times in a row, you will be charged and additional $30 fee.

• Please plan to arrive on time and no later than 8 minutes late to class. No one will be admitted to class past 8 minutes as it is important to warm up the body and disruptive to other in class.

• You must wear appropriate fitted attire to class to keep you safe while working on the equipment.

• Please wear grip socks for your safety and personal hygiene

• No Shows will be charged for the session, two no shows and you will be charged $15
