5 Private Sessions

Work one-one with a comprehensively trained Pilates instructor to get a personalized workout based upon your personal goals. You can get the individualized attention you've been looking for to gain strength, improve posture, reduce pain and gain mobility.

Regular scheduled sessions with your trainer. For example every Tuesday at 10am is your session. You will work with your trainer to set up your session time.

Choice between Pilates, yoga, sound healing, and aromatherapy for your session

Discount of $5 off per session from the single session price of $115- which is a total savings of $25.

Two payments of $257.50 three weeks apart

1. Valid for 3 months from first use

2. There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for all private sessions. If you fail to cancel before 24 hours you will be charged for the session.

3. There are no refunds for cash value, but may be exchanged for studio credit

4. Please arrive no later than 5 minutes, and communicate with your trainer.

5. Communicate ahead of time what time of session your intending to book so your trainer can be prepared.
