One Friday evening a month we will gather to have a little Wine Down time. A slow gentle yoga class at Swan Movement Arts followed up by a wine tasting event at Haley's wine, three doors down from SMA. Please wear comfortable gym clothes for yoga and your easy walking sandals to stroll over to Haley's Wine, where she will ready and waiting for us with some delicious wine choices. The price includes both the class and the glass!
