Mat Pilates is good for beginners to advanced practioners and can be modified for all levels. Mat Pilates is great place to start and polish your technique.
At SMA we use high quality mats specially created for Pilates with extras! These mats have padding, handles and toes straps that will make your mat workout so much more.
Mat Classes are small-group sessions focused on Pilates exercises performed on the mat, sometimes incorporating small props like bands, balls, and rings. These sessions have a maximum of 5 clients, allowing for personalized guidance while maintaining a group dynamic.
How do I book a Mat Class?
You can book a Mat Class through our website using a membership, package, or by purchasing a single session.
How long is a Mat Class?
All of our group classes are 50 minutes.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 12 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
Do I need to bring anything?
We provide mats, but you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Comfortable clothing and water are recommended.
Are Mat Classes suitable for beginners?
