VINYASA FLOW YOGA
Chantal is a mulit-talented individual who has made her mark as a yoga instructor, choreographer, and dancer. Originally from South Africa, Chantal's diverse background enriches her approach to teaching and influences her ability to connect with her students. As a yoga instructor, Chantal specializes in a versatile vinyasa flow class that seamlessly blends breath and movement into a mediative experience. Her classes are a creative journey through carefully crafted sequences, often incorporating the principle of one-breath-one-movement. Chantal's deep knowledge of choreography, is reflected in her playful approach to practicing traditional asana, making her sequencing truly uniques.
Chantal's profound passion for understanding the inner workings of the human body shines through ability to tailor each class to meet individual needs. Her students praise her ability to hold a safe and nurturing space for students. Chantal completed her first 200 hr YTT at Hotdog Yoga in South Africa and studied 70 hr Yoga Nidra under Sydney Cutler of Ananda Meditation. In addition Chantal is on track to complete 300 hrs of Embodying Yoga's Roots YTT study with Susanna Barkataki of Ignite Yoga. She holds an MFA from UCLA. Her website is www.livealiveyoga.com

SOUNDBATH
Micki/Harmony Mage is a sound bath practitioner, writer, and creative. She was born in the Philippines before moving to Japan, Germany, Seattle, and soCal.
Sound has always been a deep love of her life, including her time in musical theater, songwriting, and live band performance.
Micki’s personal journey brought her to the yogic path, and she pursued teacher training at Sojourn. When this led her to sound healing, she knew she found her calling. She went on to certify with local and international instructors, including Etherica, Medicine of Sound, and the Academy of Sound Healing, She also trained in therapy harp under Shelly Reef from Shelly Reef Harps.
Micki integrates energy work, entrainment, and music theory to create sound journeys that support stillness and meditation. She incorporates angelic and nature elements into soft transitions between sound bowls, gong, harp, monochord, flute, and other instruments. Her sessions aim to meet the listener where they are and gently call them back to the magic of their inner self.
Micki is also a certified Human Design Reader and her other passions include poetry writing and flow arts/fire spinning.
