We will start with a brief pranayama practices of breath work that have been used in yoga for centuries to achieve a calm state of mind and release. We will partake of a delicious tea, and learn about the crystals and sacred geomeotry for our meditation and soundbath. With our crystals and tea we will meditate on nature of love. This meditation comes from the Buddhist Shambhala tradition. Then we will move seamlessly into the meditative Soundbath with multiple instruments; crystal singing bowls, monochords, Himalayan bowls, gongs, drums, and many more.

What are a Soundbath Session?
A Soundbath Session begins with a brief pranayama breathwork practice, followed by a meditative Soundbath- which consists of many relaxing sounds to assist you in reaching a state of deep peace.
How do I book a Soundbath Session?
You can book directly from the schedule, for a group session or reach out to Swan to book a Sound Healing personal session.
How long is a Soundbath Session?
It depends on the event, usually between 1 hr - 1.5 hrs.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
Do I need to bring anything?
We provide mats, but you’re welcome to bring your own blankets and pillows for added comfort. Some people bring an eye mask. Wear comfortable clothing and a bring water bottle.
Are Soundbaths suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! Soundbaths are a deeply relaxing experience suitable for everyone, regardless of experience. No prior meditation or yoga practice is required!
How often should I attend a Soundbath Session?
It depends on your self-care goals! You can attend as needed for relaxation.
