Hello Everyone!

I know it's been a long time since I reached out, but I am back to writing and so happy you are here. We are still in this beautiful season of spring for one more month, and spring is the season for new life and growth! That pretty much sums up Swan Movement Arts as of late. I am working hard to update my website and hope you will take a cruise and see what's afoot and excuse any areas that are still under construction.

I have an incredible new location for classes and workshops at The Crystal Shrine in Burbank Ca. The Crystal Shrine is a local, woman owned business and I am happy to partner with them. This Sunday, May 21, I am offering a New Moon Soundbath. It will be luxurious as we will be surrounded by crystals! Please see my schedule to register and invite a friend. If you can't make it tomorrow think about June.

I am teaching Pilates private sessions at a boutique studio in La Canada at Perfectly Fit Pilates and you will love it there. There is no membership required and the studio is fully stocked with Pilates apparatus and is a woman owned small business as well. They have an affordable introductory special if you want to train with me one on one, and get the incredible results that only private Pilates sessions can bring.
