Hello You!

First of all thank you for signing up for my newsletter, and I am about to diversify and hopefully speak to topics your want to know about (email me if something is on your mind). Summer Solstice is coming up soon and I have some events I want to be sure you know about.

June 18th at 7pm I am back at The Crystal Shrine, which is simply a gem (see what I did there)! I will be hosting a sound bath - and we will tone the chakras for balance and harmony and then settle into a relaxing sound meditation. There are some chairs available for folks who'd prefer to sit.

On Summer Solstice I am offering a ceremony to celebrate the longest day of the year and the beginning of summer! We will call in the four sacred directions, draw oracle cards, call for and honor the sweetness of summer time with a honey/agave ritual and use supportive essential oils. We will set some intentions for the solar season. A season of action, and implementation, and will ! And top it off with a meditation.

Lastly I will have one more chance for a soundbath this June at the Yoga Rebel Studio in La Canada on Sunday the 25th! This is a lovely studio with fabulous views of the Los Angeles National Forest and will be in honor of summer and I will teach the Chakra bija seed sounds to chant together for harmony and then bath everyone in sound.

I am adding yoga classes in July at McGroarty's Art Center on Wednesday evenings at 6:30 and Friday mornings at 8:15. More to come on that front soon!
