Classical Pilates
We offer classical Pilates private and small group session. You will feel so much stronger and longer as you work out on the very best equipment with expert instruction.
Yoga
We offer yoga classes for the whole person, to create peace, strength, balance, and harmony. Our small classes mean you'll receive personal attention.
Sound Sessions
We offer private sound healing sessions and group soundbaths. A Skillful sound session can help relieve stress, and even promote profound inner healing.
Aromatherapy
We offer aromatherapy courses, classes, and individual sessions. Essential oils can provide another avenue of much needed self care.
ABOUT THE OWNER
Swan is a passionate teacher of yoga, and Pilates with a lifelong love for movement and mind-body practices. Her background as a gymnast and coach informs her mindful and dynamic teaching style.
Swan also integrates aromatherapy and her love of music through sound healing practices to create a holistic and healing experience in every class.
